Slept badly, a bad start to the day

Everyone has it sometimes: you lie awake half the night worrying or restless. In the morning you feel sluggish, tired and your head is full of cotton wool. You are already looking forward to the day ahead of you. But it doesn't have to be that you feel tired and exhausted all day. With the following 6 handy tips, you will soon feel good again.

1. Drink lots of water

When you feel tired in the morning, it is a good idea to drink lots of water.
