Use

Maeng Da Kratom can be dissolved in water, you can make tea with it, and you can chew or smoke it. For best results it is wise to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom tastes slightly bitter and does not really dissolve easily in water. If you plan on taking Kratom with water, it is best to take a sip of water first and hold it in your mouth. Put half the dose on a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another sip of water.

Making tea:
