Use

Thai Kratom can be dissolved in water, you can make tea, and you can chew it or smoke. For best results it is wise to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom tastes slightly bitter and does not really dissolve easily in water. It is best if you plan to take Kratom with water, take a sip of water first and hold it in your mouth. Put half the dose on a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another drink of water.

Making tea:
Add the desired amount of Kratom to boiling water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes at boiling point. Place a sieve on a cup and pour the Kratom tea directly from the pan. The residue in the sieve can be thrown away.
