How to prepare my Mondo Spore Syringe B+

Before you start dropping your of the spores you need to have first prepared a substrate in a grow box or bag. It is important to distribute the drops of the spore solution well over the substrate. This way the mycelium can develop faster and better. The sterile Mondo spore syringes are very easy to use. With one Mondo 20ml B+ spore syringe you can easily colonise 6 litres of substrate.

1. Put on gloves and a mouth mask
2. Take the spore syringe and injection needle out of its packing
3. Unscrew the red cap from the spore syringe and replace it with the injection needle
4. Grab your substrate box or substrate bag
5. Slowly press the back of the syringe (the plunger) and let each drop fall onto the substrate. The place where the drop falls on the substrate is a potential mycelium growth point, by distributing it well you will optimise the colonisation.
