Important in this composition are the flavonoids, cannabinoids, and terpenes. Usage

• Take 2-3 drops of CBD oil twice daily. For best effect place the drop under the tongue.
• Take CBD oil 30% Full spectrum 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal.
