Granddaddy Purple Feminized (RQS)

Granddaddy Purple (GDP) is a well-known and well-loved cannabis strain, especially famous for its deep purple colour, relaxing effects and distinctive sweet grape flavour. This indica-dominant strain was developed in 2003 in California by Ken Estes by crossing Purple Urkle and Big Bud, resulting in the best features of both parent strains: the rich colour and aroma of Purple Urkle and the dense buds and high yield of Big Bud. Granddaddy Purple's buds are a striking purple, often covered in a thick layer of trichomes that give the plant a shimmering appearance. The combination of purple hues and orange hairs makes this strain very visually appealing.
