A simple way to take your mushrooms is to make a tea. If you use dried magic mushrooms, grind them into a powder. Use 1 gram of powder per cup of tea. You can add fresh mushrooms to the tea ready to use. Then use about 10 to 15 grams per cup. Instead of sugar or honey, ginger is also a tasty addition, which can also help against nausea.
Preparation method for dried mushrooms:
Heat 250 ml of water until it boils. Let the water cool down first. Pour the water into a bowl, add the mushroom powder and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Then pour the tea through a sieve into a cup. Add sugar or honey for a sweeter taste.
How to prepare fresh mushrooms tea:

3. Magic Mushroom salad
This tasty and healthy salad ensures that you do not taste magic mushrooms. This recipe is based on one person.
Ingredients
- 30 grams of fresh magic mushrooms (dried 3 grams) or 15 grams of fresh magic truffles
- 150 gram fresh spinach
- 30 pine nuts
- 150 grams soft goat cheese
- Dash of sesame oil
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
How to make it:
Put the spinach leaves in a bowl. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until they turn light brown. Put them in the salad. Mix the sesame oil with the apple cider vinegar and mustard. Stir well and divide this dressing over the salad. Crumble the goat cheese over the lettuce and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Cut the mushrooms into pieces and stir them into the salad.

How to make it:
Make the vegetable stock by boiling water and add stock cubes to it. Remove the pan from the heat, let the stock cool to 65°C and add the magic mushrooms (truffles) and champions. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Then remove them from the stock and chop them finely. Pour some olive oil into a wok or frying pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the rice and fry for a while.
